absolutely disgusting. both teams will be fined. players will be suspended, few banned from ever donning CFB uniform. wouldnt be suprised if criminal charges are filed against few. both programs should be banned a year from playing a bowl game next year. there ya have it, penalize these thugs and program to the maximum!

I'm wondering if some people who didn't think it was a "big deal" thought it was the pre-game scuffle. I understand it wasn't that big a deal and fairly standard. (although I'm zero tolerance myself... I understand others are not)

 No, actually my comment is quite relevant...both entities literally took over your country for more than half of 2020 and plenty of elected officials looked the other way completely...one even went as far as to call it "the summer of love"

If that had happened in a game in the middle of the season, both teams would have several suspensions handed down. This will not go unpunished. A lot of this shit starts in the pre-game.  There is a very simple way to put a stop to it. Bring a couple of officials out early when the teams come out for pre-game warmups. If any player from either team goes beyond his own 45 yd line while teams are warming up, he is on the spot ejected from the game. That would put a stop to it.
