Also, any thoughts on NFL today? Im liking Carolina in what i think is a huge let down spot for Houston but think im the only one on the planet feeling this way.. am i nuts? seems like the type of play you would be on

I'm not on the VT/Michigan game at all, but Michigan's schedule was weak. 8 home games, which granted is only 1 more than usual, but that's actually a big deal. Look at a couple of their close home wins, do you think they actually beat those teams if the games were on the road? Also, sure they played 10 bowl teams, but a "bowl team" doesn't qualify as being a good team anymore. Hell, there's 70 fuckin' teams that make bowls. 4 MAC teams, 3 Sunbelt teams made bowls this year

Some favorites cover during bowl season, some dogs cover. I dont think gambling is as black-and-white that you can say that favorites or dogs are going to cover. Its too much of a blanket statement.

NFL plays posted today in the NFL forum.

I cant believe people are still trying to make an argument for Michigan. This bowl is a win for them. Not the game, just making it there. They cant handle VT, who is too complete of a team.

ASU was not last, but were close enough (103rd I think). I played ASU +14 for 1 confidence point in my pool. I played Boise for 14 confidence points in "winner" pools. So clearly this is not a game I feel strongly about.

Furthermore, after losing my ASU bet early in the season against Missouri, I vowed to never to place a another wager on the Sun Devils the rest of the season. Thus, I doubt seriously I will have any real money riding directly on the outcome of this game.

only slightly better..

and I'd say VT's W over UNC or Virgina would be the 2nd best win...

10 Units ASU +14

10 Units Nevada +6.5 - I would wait, this thing should hit 7

Nevada has not been played yet. Waiting on 7. But I am posting 6.5 in case I am not around before kick.

Michigan doesnt cover. You guys can stop wasting time talking about schedules. Michigan cant make enough stops.

Very, very interested in Western Michigan.

Will have bets on damn near every bowl this year - a lot unlike years past.

Lets get some discussion going.

u dont think Michigan can beat Vatech whose biggest win is GaTech.

With all these people really arguing this Michigan point I know i will be putting a shit load of mnoney on VTECH. Michigan has been down in the dumps for the last few years. They are getting patted on the back. Boosters and students thanking them for restoring the glory of Michigan football by beating OSU and getting a BCS bowl berth. Their load was shot after the OSU game. They will get beat by DD in the bowl. Beating OSU IMO was that big for Michigan. There season ended that day.....
