Biggest bowl frauds?

Just looked at some numbers:in BYU&#x27;s 6 wins they allowed only 358 yards on an obscene amount of rushes, 171, for a minuscule 2.09 YPC.These are wins against: Hawaii, New Mex state, Weber, state, Idaho, Geo tech and Wash state.Looking a bit deeper we find that these 6 wins were against teams with a combined 16-55 record.Of these 16 wins 7 are of teams you probably never heard of:Even though both SD st and BYU lost to San Jose state by a TD in each game, BYU on the ground ran the ball 33 times for only 87 yards and passed for 305.  In contrast, SD had a much more balance attack and success running the ball 55 times for 287 yards and passed for 213 through the air.I have extremely good luck playing teasers, play them locally and I can play 4 team 13pt open for weeks or days.I am putting SD State &#x2B;16.5 in my first slot for the teaser and I am leaning towards putting in the over.In the teaser it gets bumped down from 47 to 34.5.  The line has dropped considerably and I see extra value since the line has already dropped a fg from what Vegas thought it would be out of the gate.....swaying the line a generous 16 pts from the opening number.21-14 would be a cover in the teaser with the over play.Any thoughts are insights are more than welcome.....I certainly did see the Notre Dame - BYU game since it is televised every week in my area.   I was much more impressed the way BYU played against Oregon state than the Notre dame game, tied 21-21 going into the 4th against a decent team on both sides of the ball who has some nice wins on the season.GL folks please let me know what you think.

To add insult to injury, Idaho who finished 1-11, only win was against 1-10 New Mex state.

Ironically these horrible teams combined to beat UNLV twice.

You have a quality win by Wash state...of course that was at home against Wash in an intense rivalry where they trailed by 14+ pts in the 2nd half of the game and went to OT.

Geo Tech had some quality wins: Virgina, BC, Duke, North Carolina, Maryland. However, looking a bit deeper we see that Vir/BC/Duke/Maryland were only 5-25 in the conference.

I normally play 4 team 13 pt teasers and am quite successful. I was near perfect this past sunday and perfect the sunday before playing countless sides and totals.

I am backing SD today.

1) I feel that they will be able to run the ball regardless of what the stats say.

2) They will offer a balance attack and won't turn the ball over more than twice.

3) will play solid D their selves and allow more 3s than TDs.

4) will be motivated to get the win in addition to playing at home.

I thought BYU's best game of the year was against Ore state where they were deadlocked 21-21 going into the 4th quarter. I saw the Notre Dame game since it was nationally televised and nothing they did impressed me.

I am also leaning towards the over in the game....the total has already been knocked down from 50 to its current 47 and in the teaser moving the line 13 pts makes a 21-14 game a winner by .5 over the 34.5 I would need for a W.

Grrr....sorry again.Anyways......Tomorrow is a HUGE play........Ball State in the teaser &#x2B;19.5 is a HUGE HUGE play.........I see them winning this game IMO straight up.  Hate their D but love watching their O work.

OK, man, I saw what you&#x27;ve written, what the hell means "II feel that they will be able to run the ball regardless of what the stats say." What the hell??? I&#x27;ve watched BYU a couple of times this year and their running defense is insane! I don&#x27;t think San Diego have any chance tonight, they&#x27;ll lose by at least 10 points...
