All the numbers and streak lately shows Wisconsin should win this one easily…..I’m going to look stupid but I like Penn State +5.5 clover

If you want to be cautious, you can take 1 unit for 1H Penn state +3 first and decide at the half time . If Penn State can’t cover 1H, most likely they won’t be cover FG.
