It was a foul and w the new continuation rule it was right call, I did have a side had Over and it hit before that play so I didn’t care who won but that was right call, ND coach looks like dumbass for charging at ref after. When he watches tape he will see it was right call. 

Once Certa missed the foul and Ames started drifting towards the basket, Certa should have laid off. You CANNOT foul in that situation..
