a 1/2 pt isnt really gonna make a difference unless its 78.5 and 78 or something like that and it lands right on 78 for a push and a loss..

I'm not a big time bettor but I usually always buy a 1/2 to 1 point on all bets. It seems to help ME more than it hurts me. Obviously on a 2nd half bet I don't have this option at my book. This is only available on full game bets at Bookmaker.
