At 1st glance… 9.5 seems like alot of points for Michigan to be laying.  Rutgers have been scoring lately.  1st meeting was low scoring… now Vegas has it at 154.5???  

Hmmm… I have a feeling this over will balloon up to around 157 by tip off…
