Mahalo my friend. I tend to look at a number relative to it's Win Probability.
This deep in the Tournament it pays to be a little more conservative as far
as risk tolerance. Just blindly betting the fave or the dog may not offer the
best WP on a matchup right now. Alt lines can help gain a higher WP and
used in a parlay , is likely to offer a higher return relative to risk.

FWIW , I know that the Utes are not a popular pick tonight.
Indiana St. is essentially playing a Home game , and Utah
has been terrible on the road this season. but I'll take the
Utes based on the fact they are still in it and have a much
higher SOS differential. We'll see how it works out in a few
hours.

Congrats to Seton Hall on winning the NIT. While I liked them to win
last night , I did not see enough variance in the matchup to wager on
the game. after watching the last 2 minutes , I'm still glad I did not
bet this one. To Seton Hall

Congratulations to the Iowa women for their tenacity and their perseverance
in their win over UConn. Congratulations also to the Bettors who were wise
enough to see the value in wagering on Iowa moneyline vs laying the 2 - 3'
points. This deep into a Tournament it usually pays to consider the safer
alternative as the preferred option for at least a portion of your total wager.
Condolences to those who opted solely on laying the points , bad calls can,
and do happen in the last few minutes of a game as well as players missing
key shots or turning the ball over and due to that, Sports books become the
beneficiary when this happens Hopefully many who made this mistake will
learn from it as this opportunity will happen again in the future.
