Mayweather would be the favorite (-150 to -200?), based on public perception. The way Mayweather got hit by Cotto, they will probably never fight now, Pacman hurt Cotto bad.

I'd have to say Mayweather would be favorite, but by the slightest edge and just because he has an undefeated record with him
