What's wrong with Chuck Liddell?

I just happened to come accross this clip of Chuck Liddell which is really weird. It looks like Chuck is high or drunk or something. Maybe he just took one too many punches. Chuck is usually a pretty articulate guy, but in this interview he is a mumbling mess. LINK

Nothing is wrong with him.. He was sick and on nyquil
