What time does the Pacman/Sugar Shane actually start?

I have ready 8pm CST, but is that the time they are actually in the ring ready to go or that the undercard or when they start the pregame show or what.  I want to know the actual time they will be throwing hands.  Trying to google this is like looking for a needle in a haystack

Depends on the length of the other fights, but generally between 11:30 and 12:00 eastern time

My local book shows post time for this fight to be 10PM CST, so, while it may run late, there's practically no chance it will start before then...
