ward vs. kovalev

nobody has posted anything in here for quite a few weeks and then it was one guy. this fight though is very interesting....I just was wondering if anyone had some thoughts on this as it is a pick em almost...i haven't ever seen ward as a pick em....feel free to post your thoughts on this fight...

Ward looks like a better fighter for me ward will win by decision he will outbox Kovalev the entire rounds only way Kovalev wins if by knockout and there's no way Ward is touching the canvas Ward is to slick fights almost like Floyd sticks moves sticks moves yeah Kovalev might catch him with something and make the crowd go wild but my pick Ward ML by decision....

I'll be on Ward big time as a slight favorite around -125. Boxers usually beat punchers.

i was thinking Ward also but really he was about as unimpressive as you can get in his last couple hand picked fights. i'm not sure the old Ward shows up. If Kovalev rocks him could be trouble.

I think Kovalev’s fight with Andre Ward is a very interesting one.

Love Andre Ward, I locked in last week at -130, but I see now you can get -135 (PROP)rd by win OR draw... for same price on 5dimes now. Imagine getting paid for a draw!!!??

I favor Kovalev to win. Don't think it will take magic for him to win. Not sure how you think this is easy money. Kovalev is not just one dimensional. He is a very smart fighter, who can box as well. Ward is moving up in weight and has never tasted the power from someone like Kovalev. Ward's plans will change after feeling some power shots. Ward has excellent defense, but he is not Mayweather. He will take some good shots.

this is a true pick em fight. You can ask any expert and they are not confident in their pick. Honestly if you wanted to bet then I would throw some money on a DRAW.

People think Kovalev can't win a decision but he certainly can win rounds and box. Wards going to have to double up his jab and work Kovs body to slow him down.

Gun to my head I would pick Ward to win this. He is just so good at neutralizing his opponents strengths...only problem is that he hasn't looked that great since he's been at light heavyweight and clearly KOV is a whole different animal compared to Wards last 3 opponents.

Kovalev did rock him and still didn't win a very unpopular decision. So frank the tank was right and he couldnt win a decision even if he did. any other time the guy with the belts has to have them taken from him in the ring not on the judges bad scoring...just some thoughts. should have a rematch say at a neutral site like united kingdom with some of their champs on the card

I've seen many fights where the challenger did more than enough to beat the champion on the cards and didn't get the win.  This wasn't one of them.

Ward got dropped and continued to hold throughout most of the fight.
Extremely bad decision.

Ward knows he needs the round, probably more. He’s fighting like it. But Kovalev is ust too big, too strong.
