Hang on here. EVEN If a fighter wins every round, if he is away from home he basically has no chance? Andre Dirrell might be the nearly man. He fights AA next with Dirrell and what happens there? He  AA wins that after Dirrell wins 9 rounds on everyones card? Are you kidding me.................

Apparently away from home you have to win DECSIeVELY to be even considered for a decision!!!!!!!!how more deceisive do people want!!!!I'm drunk, disgusited surrounded by English idiots that paid too much for their seat and know nothing about boxing..........

Apparently "thats boxing but fcukkkkkkkkk this is destroying the sport I adore. Froch apologsised to fans cause Dirrell would not trade in a war! So superb counter punching, hit and not be hit is frowned upon! fcuk this sh!t

I learned my lesson from the Malignaggi/Diaz fight. I knew that Paulie would win 7 or 8 rounds easy. Once bitten, twice shy. As great of an idea as this tourney was, starting it off with shady shit ruins it already. I'm with you on that.

and you know whats even more annoyijng!!!!!!!!!!You think if Kessler beats Ward that we will have the unifactiion fight that we were promiseed between Kessler and Froch!

My ass... what they will do is send Taylor to Denmark as a lamb for slaugher. They will make Ward and Dirrell fight for the last semi spot and Froch will fight AA.

So what will happen is that we will have Kessler, AA and froch in the semis with one Andre.....................

Its only in certain countries homecooking is strong...

Froch is white and English, they'll want him to win, it would be best for the boxing coffers

Froch's interview after the fight was a joke. He is a complete moron if he believes any of the rubbish he says. The guy basically feels that as the champion fighting at home, any round he isn't knocked flat in is his. Froch did a lot of chasing and fouling, but got nothing done in 9 or 10 rounds. The BBC write-up was pretty amazing as well. They called Froch's hitting behind the head, scoring on the inside in clenches.

You know whats frustrating. If Calzaghe had fought Froch and fought the EXACT same fight as Dirrell did last night he would have won the fight 117-110. Boxing is about hit and not be hit, so therefore Dirrell won the fight.

Froch did make a goos point though. Its hard for a guy to win the title away from home when he is back pedaling, being negative and doing enough work to win the rounds really convincingly.
I knew when it went to points and Froch winning the 12th and Dirrell getting a point deducted that the judges would give it to Froch.

If Dirrell learns from this I think he has a great chance against AA.
This time there is no title on the line and Dirrell is at home. The American fans are going to boo AA big time because his style while very effective is very boring. The eye catching stuff will come from Dirrell. I think Dirrell is good value as a dog.

If Froch fights Kessler I will throw my mortgage on Kessler. I really will. That is easiest pick of the year in any sport.

But as I said above the super 6 is in a bit of trouble. I spoke till I as blue in the face that JT is a shot fighter and should not be in this. He has now been viciously knocked out in 3 of his last 4 fights. Him continuing to box is stupid and pointless. I worry for Jermaines health now and I think DiBellas gamble has failed.

If JT fights on I have a hunch they will send him to Denmark for round 2 to fight Kessler which will be a disaster for JT and another KO. Dirrell will fight Ward and Froch to take on Abraham.

Bute should have been in for Taylor. Now the super 6 has major headaches and we are only 2 fights in . My excitement has quickly turned to pessimism

Kessler-Froch is officially next.  Abraham is fighting Dirrell.  Ward vs Taylor.

Let me guess .. Dirrell in Germany? If so the scorecards are already done.

For Froch and AA as long as you are still standing after the 12th, you will kindly get the win courtesy of the judges.

Why fight in someone's home town if you can only win by a KO.

What was a great tournament is turning into a circus act.

They should honestly save Taylor the head trauma, I have no need to see him brutally ko'd at the end of the fight.
