Nice guy, very pleasant. Really enjoyed the chat. He was saying there is a good chance he will be fighting Lucian Bute in Montreal in September. Carl wants it in Nottingham, England his hometown but looks as though Money talks, which means the fight takes place in Montreal.
Firstly hats off to Carl for going to the States to fight Taylor and now looks increasingly likely to go to Montreal to fight Bute to unify the Belts. He also said Allan Green is a very real future fight, probably in England.
Anyway just wondering what you guys think of a possible Bute v Froch fight. I would lean with Froch but man I won't argue you strong with any Bute supporters, Great to see these guys go for the tough fights, the fights the fans want to see. Look at Middleweight. I don't think we will ever see Pavlik v Abraham

i would take the focused and prepared allan green over anyone in that division.......for the fight i like froch.....bute is a superior boxer but froch has a chin and honestly bute really has yet to impress me...no doubt is froch for reals against a foe like bute....Librado Andrade really doesnt hit that hard to the point that he should have been able to knock out bute, but if froch can turn it on in the late rounds like he did against taylor then i like him....
honestly it depends on the odds......
