I cant stand either fighters here, but shamrock is doooone..He retired in 99 and is still fighting. He might have been something when mma and ufc started, but the level of fighting since has been raised greatly. Take baroni, he will pound shamrock. And to the guy above, what you said about the ko early and submission by shamrock is exactly what i read on a different website.

Outside of Kondo, Baroni has never beaten anybody respectable. Shamrock won't have to worry about takedowns like he did with Renzo Gracie. As stated in another post, outside of an early KO, it's tough to see Baroni winning this fight. Shamrock has only been KO'd once. From a kick by, ironically enough, Kondo. But that was a different Kondo. A difference of 10 years and over 50 fights.
I see Baroni gassing and Shamrock winning by a submission late in the 2nd round.
Shamrock +120 (.5 unit)

yep, that's what usually happens when Baroni fights https://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?FighterID=278. Don't think Frank will take the risk against Baroni if he doesn't think he has a chance. Charles has been in jail, there's a link on the net with his mugshot and him smiling.

the coverage of these fights is terrible...the only who is decent and knows his stuff is Glazer. UFC is clearly the top dog and has the best coverage. Goldberg is absolutely horrible and cant conduct an interview. Its funny how all these fighters come up with these fluke injuries. After this card i cant wait for the Ultimate Fighter finale and the jens and penn fight.

yes the ufc coverage is that much better. Joe Rogan does have martial arts background and he can hold a conversation and is charasmatic. Its nice when Randy Couture get behind the mic. all the dancers, who couldn't dance, is really unneccessary......of course this is just my opinion and everyone is entitled to one
