I'm seeing many people really high on Rosinsky. While I haven't seen much of him, I don't see ANYTHING special. I don't see fight changing power (at least what it would take to hurt Pavlik) and I don't see him having a style that would consistently win rounds against someone like Pavlik.
I feel he is going to have trouble getting inside of Pavlik's robotic long jab and the straight right hand that follows it. Not much to discourage Pavlik from "impressing the fans" in this fight.
