I am not Fullbrights but I have seen a good bit of both guys. This is a stylistic mismatch. Dzindurik has 1 of the best jabs in boxing, Julio can't get out of the way of a jab. Julio doesn't perform well against technical boxers as well. Dzindurik happens to be a technical boxer. Does Julio have a punchers chance? Maybe but Dzindurik has a pretty tight guard so it won't be that easy to land. I think Dzindurik wins a WIDE decision.

Thought about this one also Cee, since if they do this stateside it's probably an even money fight. With the line now under +250, I don't see enough value in Joel. He's up against a taller man with a better jab who also happens to be a southpaw. You've also got to think the Konecny (sp.) fight was a wakeup call for Dzinziruk.
I'd love to see Julio win though, since it would set up some damn good fights. GL if you roll with him.

Konecny is a lot different fighter than Julio. He is short and his head is pretty low which somewhat negates Dzindurik's jab. He also is a bit busier than Julio. Julio is very upright and eats a lot of jabs. He had issues with Cosme Rivera's boxing skills which don't bode for him well. ALso, no matter where this fight is held Julio would likely need a KO or lots of KD's. Dzindurik would be favored in the US as well (just not by as much).

I think Julio could score the TKO and I got some money backing it.
Dzinziruk hasn't got such a great jab. It's got no shoulder rotation into it and lacks power. Also his defence, I suspect ain't as good as it looks. Its one thing to have been schooled into the right looking postures, another to have reflexes. Julio has fast heavy hands, and Sergei will eat leather.
I think Ishe Smith is much better than Dzinziruk, excepting that Ishe isn't southpaw and not as tall.
Cmon Julio, kidnify him!

Lacks power? Jabs that lack power don't usually snap a guys head back like Dzindurik did with Santos several times. As for his defense it's good enough. Julio has decent handspeed but his feet are VERY plodding. That's why every single time he fights a boxer he struggles. I thought he even lost to Cosme Rivera by getting outboxed. Still, I will agree that Julio has a punchers chance but so far in his career he really struggles with competant boxers.

Sorry for not responding man, been in the bed for the last few days sick as a dog. I probably would have echoed the sentiment of Mayweatherfan though. He and I have actually had the conversation before about how Julio's feet seem to be stuck in cement a lot.

You nailed it on the head buddy. Hope all is well. Any Diaz plays on the horizon? LOL.

Diaz don't have an opponent until sometime next year apparently. There's nobody available for him. He was going to fight Clay Guida (another guy he could beat), but Guida got hurt. Everything is well hope you are good as well. I will bet against Julio every time against a good boxer with a decent chin as mentioned his feet are horrible.
