yes stylistically Pacquiao should KTFO this no skilled human punching bag, but at the end of the day no fighter is the same after being KTFO cold like that, woken up with smelling salts.  we seen it time and time again, RJJ, Paul Williams, fighters are NEVER the same after being put out cold like that.  

I'll be laying money on Rios regardless of the line just because of this fact.

no idea, hopefully we get rios @ +300, he lost 2 out of his last 3 fights and is moving up in weight.

keep in mind that pre-KO pacquiao I would pick Pacquiao no doubt by KO, but being knocked out COLD, being out a year, you're going to have to prove to me you still have it.
