I didn't find anything he did impressive in fact it's clear that Pacman is slower, less power, and he is TAKING LONGER BREAKS in between in spurts.  A tailor made fighter for him and he can't even get him out of there.  


Tim Bradley wins in a rematch I'm 100% positive on that

Paquiao wasn't that impressive, but Rios is in a whole league of his own in terms of GARBAGE!
