The official Nevada master scorecard lists Oscar De La Hoya as fighting out of the blue corner, and Floyd Mayweather fighting out of the red corner. In reality, it was De La Hoya fighting out of the red corner and Mayweather out of the blue corner. Don't really understand this; the names are at the top of the scorecards on each side, so why would it make a difference? That judge who scored the fight for Oscar must have been watching the celebrities or not know what a punch landing actually looks like.

From Fight News: UPDATE: Schaefer said he is satisfied it was an honest mistake and he doesn't plan to protest the issue.
Of course, fighters are identified by name a the top of the card. I have never known a judge to score a fight identifying the color of the corner instead of the fighter. In all likelihood the corner color was just listed wrong somewhere or announced incorrectly.
