Manny never the same since Money May called him out!

I know Manny is a great boxer. But he has not been the same boxer ever since Money called him out for PED. He dodged the test for a reason. He was the energizer bunny up until he was called out. I have seen this for two decades in the Tour De France. Without the juice they just dont have what they did before.
