Once Dawson let his hands go late in the fight Pascal was ready to go before the headbutt saved him. Kovalev is not a counterpuncher (even though he can be patient if he wants to) he is a stalker, boxer puncher. I do believe Pascals awkard style and speed will present some problems for Kovalev, but I do not see anyway he can win really, he might get a few rounds though.

Another great fight for 2015, can't wait, hopefully Stevenson grows a pair and fights the winner.
Pascal is going to give him a test, but right now Kovalev is a wrecking ball and Pascal hasn't been the same since BHop outworked and hustled him (he even did some push-ups late in their fight). Pascal is a game fighter and I expect the best version of him for this fight (it is in front of his fans). Ring rust could be a factor also.
Kovalev by dec or late TKO.
