Manny has perfected Klitschko, for the most part. With that said, making a game plan for Haye isn't exactly rocket science. Only thing Haye has in his favor is Vlad's chin history. I thought he would be like -500 and up.
Anyway, all I see is Vlads jab grinding Haye down to mid fight stoppage.*insert Carl Thompson clip

Vlad at -260 seems kind of low right?

His speed advantage is going to be HUGE. If he can get inside that jab, Wlad could be in for a very long night. Probably not though... he is fighting way above his head imo.

Pretty much how I see it.
He's got the right tools, but he needed to get a few HW fights under his belt before trying someone of Wlad's caliber. I think he COULD do it, but I'm pretty sure he won't.

Guys I don't trust Klitschko, especially his chin. But I will still bet BIG on Vlad. Haye can bang but he is way out of his depth..very much like Hatton. I will be doing a Double on Pacman and Vlad..Easy money I think..

i think you're right about wlad... about haye..not sure...his only chance really is to take chances... he needs to touch wlad's face if he's going to have any sort of chance... he's got to know this.

I was going BIG on this, now I'm not so sure. Haye can bang, he is one of the hardest hitters pound for pound in the world. If he hits Wlad goes down. Obviously Wlad hits too and Haye is chinny but this fight is a little risky at the odds. I say play the under, no matter what the odds. This doesnt go 5 rounds IMO...

Guys, think this one through. Haye is the correct side for me. He is nothing like Hatton, and if anyone is out of their depth, it is Wlad. Haye is easily the best fighter he will ever face, and I can't wait to see what Manny tells him to do the first time he gets clipped with a lead right hand. This is the cheapest price you have seen on a Klitschko in years, and that should certainly give you pause. I thought -150 would be more likely that -500, and I'd still back Haye at that price.

Isn't the low line because of all the Brit money coming in? Boxing is HUGE in Britain, am I wrong here?
Haye has tasted canvas from many a puncher at lower weights. Haye does have some really good moves and is quick--good punch too, but he does leave himself open. That short probe jab of Vlad's I think will give Haye some problems. PLUS, the fight is in Germany and we know who they like. Haye needs a shutout or a KO. Close decision will go to Klit imo.
I just wish this was Vitali in there so I feel safe.

Wlad has a more suspect chin than Haye. His new style masks that inadequacy, but it doesn't eliminate it as a severe problem against a born puncher like Haye. I can't see the judges nor the location of the fight having any impact. I don't see it going 12, and if it does, I'm pretty sure it means Haye was unsuccessful anyhow.
The Brits do bet on boxing, but I don't see why they will all be on Haye. They know enough to have seen Klitschko countless times as well. I agree that there will be some money bet on Haye, but you'll have to decide whether it actually is from a blind British public.

Probably completely true based on his previous KO's. However, those KO's came from legit heavyweight punchers. Although Haye has shown exceptional power, it was against much, MUCH smaller men. You can't exactly say that he is a harder puncher overall than a Sanders or Peter. His power is a moot point. It is his speed that will get him inside that trademark jab that will force Wlad to exchange on the inside - exactly where he will be vulnerable to get caught.
All things considered, I couldn't back Haye simply because as good as he might look at points in this fight (which he will) it could only be a matter of time before he gets caught with the right hand. I see this one playing out very similar to the Brock fight in that respect.

Just a word here in edge wise for those who remember
when klitschko was KOed for the 2nd time corrie was a massive underdog +900 you could have taken. lamon brewster was a huge dog still at +500 and won in similar fashion.
sanders was a huge man, and lamon brewster was a very good skilled boxer, more so i would say than david haye he has just a bad a chin as any of these men. The prices are what im looking at here. Vladimir is more experienced, whilst Haye is a hell of a a lot smaller. only one play here Vladimir by KO. Klits is at -180 now, no chance in hell it stays there.

Klitschko got KO'd by Sanders. He just ran out of gas against Purritty and Brewster. He hasn't faded like that in a while, and he's had to be aggressive for 12 rounds a few times since.
