eh lay off the guy. He went up against a fighter that is just in a different class. Bernard is a legend.
Pavlik just needs to stick to 160 where he can dominate, his body just isn't built for that extra weight, it just doesnt work for him, he looked slow agaisnt Taylor in the rematch and looked extra slow tonight...I thought at least if he did anything tonight he proved he has a world class chin as Hopkins really took it to him.

He was in a win-win situation. Moving up in weight to fight a legend Hokpins for a major payday. Add to the fact that even if he looses, he is still the Middleweight King. Why wouldn't he fight Hopkins?
Odds were wayyyy off, due to the public thinking his belts were on the line and that this was a "championship" fight.

Not a win-win situation at all. Boxing fans lost a lot of respect for him, his aura is substantially diminished, any intimidation he had is gone. Bhop looked good, but more significantly Pavlik looked awful. I think Hopkins could make low 160's and would beat him there as well.
