Jack Loew

Anybody else think Pavlik should dump this joker and get a real experienced trainer. I felt like Pavlik was completely not prepared for this fight and once things went badly early loew just kept saying in his corner, double up the jab double the jab and that was it.

Idk i just think for Pavlik to go further in his career he needs to get a real trainer who can increase his technical skill.

i agree, but kelly just was too slow last night. he looked slow vs JT at 166 and looked even slower tonight at 170. don't think the weight really helps him, but fighters are forced to put on weight to get those big pay day fights that are there for them. I think he should get someone like freddie roach though, he could really help him.

yeah the weight was defintely factor, agreed. I am just thinking long term it's kinda like hatton and his guy, yeah you grew up with him as your trainer and he has taken you far but he can only take you so far before you top out with him. You need an elite trainer to take you further and teach some things from a more technically sound stand point.
