My favorite parts of the article…

The only reason this fight should be made: cause THE PEOPLE WANT TO SEE IT! That's it. There need not be any other reason. This is the only sport driven by public demand. There is no league, which is in fact part of the problem. The sad, ironic fact is that FM, despite all his clamoring about how good he is for the sport, FM is in a unique position to.

Mixed_Nuts, ... Nah, will never happen, either. Broner idolizes Mayweather. Too much BS will get in the way of a fight between them happening. TMT wouldn't allow it.
LarryParker, ... I have wanted this fight for 5 years. It will never happen. The weird part about this is, I think Mayweather would win the fight, now that Pac is passed his prime.
Floyd doesn't give a damn what people think. Floyd lives on an island, surrounded by yes-men, a$$ kissers with chapped and cracked lips.

He's a disgrace to boxing. He should be erased from boxing history. All of his wins should be erased and should be banned from the boxing hall of fame.

I agree with you 100%. FM is idolized here like the greatest ever. Boxing as a whole is in a sad state. Bad decisions, bad referees, fighters not fighting who they should, promoters running everything.

If it wasn't for fighters like these, I would've gave up on the sport entirely. Teddy Atlas and Paulie Malignaggi are publicly voicing the problems with boxing today. Hopefully, the voices will be eventually be heard and bring about change.

theres a lot of people here that think teddy is an inept analyst which is total BS. Friday night fights is my favorite show barr none. Teddy knows what is wrong with boxing. Paulie who I love is a little over the top at times due to a lot of personnel things. After I read your thread this morning I was gonna make a list of fighters that would beat the big phoney.(FM). There are guys from the past he would not be able to keep them off. He hand picks ALL his fights. Its a hugh illusion and he (FM) has them all buffaloed. When he disrespected Larry Merchant who was an ant in the big scheme of things it showed what he really was. A big bully. He couldn't even do his time like a man. Floyd is going to fight Amir Khan. What a fukkin joke. Khan is 2-2 is his last 4 fights. Khan has a glass jaw and is flat footed and slow. Khan fights like he’s an amateur wearing head gear. Floyd won’t have sucker punch Khan to knock him out. It’ll be Floyds first real KO in 16 years.

Floyd’s latest BS excuse is that Pacman has to join Mayweather promotions and sign a 4 or 5 fight contract to fight the fighters that Floyd hand picks in order to fight him. Nah, nothing about this says he's duckin Pac.
Why do Floyd and Floyd’s fans constantly say that Pac needs this fight more than him? There is a line of fighters that are willing to fight Pacman. So, Pac can make still easily make millions whenever he feels like it.
Pac has a few multi-million dollar endorsement deals, right now, with major companies. Pac also has connections with politicians and high profile suits. So, Pac can make power moves for money anytime he chooses.
Pacman can retire, right now, and his legacy will be respectable.
Mayweather will go down in boxing history as the man who never fought a fighter that actually had a chance to beat him. A fighter who was always heavily favored in every fight he was in and having never ever been challenged even once.

MAYFEATHER will go be the greatest CHICKEN of all time, NO LEGACY whatsoever. If only he said that he does'nt want to deal with Arum period, then it's okay. But to many alibis said for not fighting Pacman meaning he does'nt want to fight Pacman. He can now offer Pacman $40 million and for maybe Pacman will agree, cause of tax problems. Eh...really Mayweather goes right along with the times. We have a leader who wants to take away from the working people and give it to the worthless. people who can work and don't or won't cause they get the free stuff. that's why mayweather is undefeated. he is allowed to get free money. i'm not saying he don't train but he won't take any risks. fighters used to pay their dues and fight tough fight after tough fight. the majority of the bouts you would want to see. Off the top of my head in his weight class or around it I would take Marvin Hagler, Ray Leonard, Tommie Hearns, Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Robinson, I doubt he would beat Bad Bennie Briscoe. His own Uncle Roger had 100 times more heart then he ever will. Roger would fight anyone. I would like to see pretty boy fight Iran Barkley in his prime. Ya pretty boy is just an illusion and the dumb fools in the seats keep paying this bums bills. Boxing as a whole got weak. Look at the heavy weight class.
