That was as hometown as it gets. You can watch that fight ten times and ten times Dirrell wins that fight.

no way can anyone give Froch 7 rounds in that fight. no way in hell that is why I absolutely hate boxing now.

This is ruining the sport I love......Super 6.........same sh!t. I prayed it wouldnt but it has......i am signing off guys totally sick. Yes i won money but boxing has lost tonight...................................

No matter how great a job Showtime did in putting this together, one thing they never had control of is this sort of scoring discrepancy.

I hate this Boxing hometown decisions, but have kind of gotten used to them. It seemed the Dirrell landed more power punches, and controlled the fight in the late rounds. But when the split decision was announced, it was very apparent Froch was going to win the fight. The hometown judgements rob so many fighters. Paulie Malignaggi fell victim in Houston against Diaz and now Dirrell in England vs Froch. Both fighters are great, but overall Dirrell was the better man tonight.
