I'm seeing where Arum says Manny has agreed to floyds proposals and it's on floyd now with a friday deadline - from what I have seen Manny has agreed to testing up to 14 days before fight,,floyd wants it to be optional up to fight nite - sorry to say but dont get the feeling this thing is going to happen in november,,maybe next year,,then again maybe not at all
