Best Way to Bet DLH Inside the Distance

If you have 5Dimes, you are much better off breaking your bet up over the round props. For example:

 

DLH ITD, +155

 

If you bet $100, you would win 155. However, here are the round props:

 

DLH 1-3, +1172

DLH 4-6  +939

DLH 7-9 +565

DLH 10-12 +625

 

Your average odds here are +825. Even though you would lose 3 of your bets, your true odds are then +525.

 

Example: 100 bet on all 4 props.

 

DLH 1-3 win, +872

4-6, +639

7-9, +265

10-12, +325

 

Not sure why this is the case or if I"m missing something here. Any thoughts?

If you took that same $400 and bet 1/4 on each prop you are WAY ahead with a 1-3 win. You're also correct about the 3-6, it's a wash. Getting a beating on 7th round on. If Manny makes it into the seventh, he'll probably finish the fight. Just another option. A bit too exotic for my tastes but I thought I would put it out there....
