Love how this one sets up... Although I believe AR wins outright, I'm playing two sides in this one for a 52.45% return on my money...
Atletico Rafaela +210
and the Draw +200
Olimpo will welcome Damian Musto back into the team, following his suspension for their last match, a 3-1 loss against Colon away from home. They are free from suspension, but have a number of players still either injured or lacking match fitness.
Dario Gandin is back from suspension for the visitors, having not been allowed to play in their 1-0 loss at home to All Boys last Friday night. They're also unconcerned by injuries, though after the performance against All Boys there might be a couple of changes anyway.
Both of these sides lost last weekend, and will be looking to get back to winning ways here. Olimpo were well outplayed by Colon, whilst Rafaela's loss to All Boys was much closer; the visitors' winner only came two minutes into stoppage time. Olimpo's only home game of the Clausura so far was a 4-1 win over Belgrano, which means they've already won as many home matches during the Clausura as they did in the whole of the Apertura. Rafaela, who were extremely inconsistent during the Apertura in their away matches, have drawn their only away match of 2012 so far (they didn't get a single away draw during the Apertura). In the Clausura standings after three matches, these sides are tied on four points, so there really isn't anything to choose between them. I think Rafaela's lack of absentees through injury and suspension could prove to be a crucial advantage here, especially as they're not the kind of team who've been put out of their stride by a defeat in the past. I'll go for an away win.
HEAD TO HEAD
These sides were in the second tier together between 2008 and 2010. Those matches resulted in one win for Olimpo and two for Rafaela, with one draw. Their first match in the Primera, in August last year, ended in a 3-1 win for Rafaela
