NBA betting odds are on the board for Tuesday’s games inside the NBA Bubble, where no team is hotter than the aptly-named Phoenix Suns. Devin Booker and Co. still face a tough challenge to reach the Western Conference playoffs, but the Suns are 6-0 SU and ATS in Orlando, entering a clash with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Multiple oddsmakers provided insights on NBA opening lines and early line movement, sharp money and public betting for Tuesday’s matchups. Covers will update this action report with NBA sharp picks vs. public bets and line movement throughout the day.

NBA line movement

UPDATE 4:20 P.M. ET TUESDAY: With the 76ers already minus injured Ben Simmons (knee), and Joel Embiid resting today against the Suns, this line is on the move at CG Technology sportsbooks. Phoenix opened -9, quickly moved to -10, ticked back to -9.5 and then went back to -10 and stuck there the past 90 minutes.

---

Booker continued lighting up the bubble Monday, scoring 35 points in the Suns’ 128-101 rout of the Oklahoma City Thunder, with Phoenix rolling outright as an 8-point underdog. Books held off posting a Suns-Sixers line Monday night, waiting for clarity on lineups, particularly with Phoenix on a back-to-back.

The Portland Trail Blazers are 4-2 SU (4-1-1 ATS) in the bubble and are now just a half-game behind West No. 8 seed, the Memphis Grizzlies. Portland faces the Dallas Mavericks at 6:30 p.m. ET, and that line also wasn’t posted yet, with the Mavericks on the second of a back-to-back after Monday’s 122-114 win over the Jazz.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies need a win to hold off Portland. Memphis faces the Boston Celtics in a 5 p.m. ET tip. At Bet365 in New Jersey, the Celtics opened -5.5 but got bet down to -4.5 Monday night.

NBA public betting

UPDATE 8 P.M. ET TUESDAY: The NBA has two 9 p.m. ET tipoffs, both getting attention from public bettors at The SuperBook at Westgate. "The Kings are getting some play from the public, mostly parlays," SuperBook manager Eric Osterman said of Sacramento's game against New Orleans. "The Pelicans will be our biggest need in the NBA tonight." The Kings are 3-point favorites. Meanwhile, Bucks-Wizards is getting two-way play. "Bucks moneyline and Wizards spread are getting most of the attention. It's looking like we will need the Bucks to cover." Milwaukee is an 8-point chalk.

UPDATE 5:20 P.M. ET TUESDAY: At DraftKings Sportsbook, there's two-way action on the upcoming Stars-Flames Game 1, though Calgary is getting the bulk of attention. The Flames are drawing 57 percent of tickets and 58 percent of money bet as even-money underdogs, with Dallas -115. Hurricanes-Bruins is also seeing two-way play, with Boston landing 55 percent of tickets and 59 percent of dollars as -137 chalk. And the public is on the Golden Knights, who are taking 70 percent of bets and 71 percent of the money as -195 favorites against the Blackhawks.

UPDATE 4:20 P.M. ET TUESDAY: CG Tech director of risk operations Tony DiTommaso said it's pretty much all public play, particularly on the Suns-76ers tilt. "This is like a summer league. You don't know who's playing or sitting. We're high on Suns money at this point." The Celtics moved from -3 to -4.5 against the Grizzlies on public play, and the Blazers-Mavericks line bounced around from Portlan -4 to -2.5, then back to -3.5.

---

Although the Celtics-Grizzlies line moved a point toward Memphis on Monday night, the Covers Consensus shows early support for Team Green. The Celtics were drawing 73 percent of early picks, with interest picking up when the line went to Boston -4.5.
