Maybe they need to change the name so guys like him can understand it. Thanks again for your post Actually we have been cooling for the better part of the last 10 years. What exactly defines "strange weather patterns"? |

Damn I missed another chance to sell $300 SKF calls again last week @ $15 each.
I know we went over this back in November but I am doing it next time the SKF gets above $225-$250 |

I was wondering about that too BUT I beleive they paid out some big either capital gain or dividend style distributions which has reduced the price. The daily leveraged etf's are all losers in the long run. For example, DIG/DUG oil double long and double short were both losers last year. If you are going to get into any of them they should only be for short term trades. |

Your range is high, real high. I'd be thrilled if it got to $6-$7 without any reverse splits

I miss the days when we had 650 pt swings between 2 and 4pm. Having to wait 5 days for a move instead of 5 commercial breaks is boring

Still in the trading range that has held the last few weeks. 8300-8500 up to about 9000
Doubt is creeping in again as we head towards the bottom of the range, same story being played over and over Gold is still mush, I forgot that I sold my puts and needed to reload. Hopefully I can get a chance in the next few days. |

I'm considering making a Big play on this as it "seems" undervalued in relation to spot price but also because I feel Oil will eventually settle higher. However I'm still not clear exactly what DXO represents. Thanks Double daily performance does not equal double yearly performance. Do the math and you will see that the leveraged ETF's should be used for trading and not holding long term. Just look at DIG and DUG, both ETF's were down for the year last year. DIG went from $111.48 on Jan 2 '08 to $31.55 Jan 2 '09 DUG went from $35.51 on Jan 2 '08 to $22.70 Jan 2 '09 |

WoooHooo Sharebuilder rapes me again
I've been moving my money out of that account as I sell off my positions. This morning I attempted to start getting out of some options that expire Friday and set a limit. A few minutes later I realized that what I wanted probably wasn't going to happen so I cancelled it. That was 1:30 hours ago and my order still isn't cancelled so I can't put in a new sell order. Meanwhile what I want to sell is taking a beating. I called the "help" number and the assbag on the phone was trying to talk to me like this was my first trade. He is telling me that the market is volatile now and I should just wait it out, I then had to explain to him that options have expirations and that I really don't have time for his shyt. I told him to stop talking and push the damn cancel order through already or get someone who can. Its been 20 minutes since that call and its still not clear. MFers |
