Prospect Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 150 Location: New York	#1 Posted: 10/28/2012 6:17:23 AM I was blacklisted for a chargeback and would like to know what exactly does this mean.Im going to be in the Vegas area soon and would like to wager at a book, is it possible or will my action be turned down?
