I have been a member of 5Dimes for a few years now and deposited once with my debit card and once with a Visa gift card. Now it won't accept my debit card or my Citi Credit Card and I tried WU and they said Costa Rica doesn't accept USD. Also tried Pasteandplay for Bookmaker and they wouldn't accept my Citi card. Said something about my BIN was blacklisted. Whatever that means. How hard can it be!? I would rather not do a bank wire or anything like that. Anyone know if they are still accepting the Visa gift cards? Or anyone have any advice?
