Anyone living in US have a Pinny account?
Can it be done?
Any hints?

I guess I'm venting because I miss it so much. Even thought about moving out of country just for it.

find a local agent who works with Pinnacle, it's the only way I can think of.  Didn't even know Pinnacle offers local agent service until recently.

I doubt they have them stationed around the country. Not 100% sure how it works, but I would bet it is very hard to find one. Probably have to know somebody to get set up with one.

That's very interesting. Thanks for the info.
I guess maybe I can call Pinny for more info?
Anyone else with more info will be very appreciated.

anything is possible if you put your mind to it. If you really want to go through with it I suggest looking up threads from vanzack. He lists everything you would need to make that happen

I searched through his threads, but came up empty on the subject.
May it was deleted due to the age of the thread?

If anyone has a link to it, will be appreciated.

LINK

I believe that is the link to the thread. It is 21 pages long so you will have to find exactly where vanzack talks about it. I was able to find in another thread someone who asked the same thing and here is what van said. i believe he goes into more detail about each of these in that thread I linked but you will have to find it. good luck

"You need:

1.  A credit account.
OR
2.  A foreign street address, a foreign bank account, and a foreign IP address - preferably all in the same location.

They will surely geolocate the IP address.

A somewhat simple but potentially costly (about 75 bucks a month) solution is a private VPN from a gaming friendly country, but the IP has to match the account address, and so does the banking info.

Add it up, see if it is worth it to you to get pinny, mb, and betfair."

There may or may not be agents available for pinny... but my gut tells me no.

One of the hallmarks of the pinny model is the low vig and high max bet.  This is simply not possible if all of this needs to go through a middle man.  Doesn't make sense to me, but please correct me if I'm wrong.  I'd love to play with pinny again.

my bank(banamex) is a subsidiary of chase and will not do business with them and will not transfer my funds from my debit card to their business.

i am a small business owner and have no problems accepting debit or credit cards.

pinnacle also has slow e-mail response, no 800 phone number.

i have no idea how these guys stay open.

Sometimes posts at covers have some wrong facts in them.

Rarely does a post have EVERYTHING wrong in it.

The post above this one - post #13 by nick69 - is so chock full of factually incorrect statements I dont know where to begin.

OK Nick.  Whatever.

Maybe you should do some searches on my username and pinnacle.

GL betting from the arctic circle at Pinnacle without a VPN.
