The founder of Mormonism was Joseph Smith, he was known as a charlatan. Look up charlatan if you don’t know what that means.

Romney believes god is a flesh and blood human being that lives on the planet kolob.

Romney believes in the state of Ohio, in the 1827, a charlatan man had visions, voices in his head, and met an angel in an open field named Moroni.

Romney believes in magic underwear.

Romney believes that people with dark skin, are cursed by god.

Romney believes that that there are four secret handshakes to get into heaven.

Romney believes that the Garden of Eden was in the state of Missouri.

Romney believes that it’s OK for the goat’s head symbol (a satanic symbol) to be the symbol of the Mormon temple.

Romney rejects the sign of the cross.

The creepy cultist Mitt Romney and the witch Christine O'Donnell Republican ticket 2012. Now that's a freak show ticket

Romney is clearly not sane and has no common sense. People want this crazy person to be the president of the United States? I keep hearing he’s the lesser of the two evils and he can fix the economy? Are you friggin kidding me? Obama is a bad president, but Romney is friggin bat garbage crazy! Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, BTK, and Gary Ridgway are republicans, that believe in the make believe idea of small government, and a strong military, strong family values, and a strong free market economy. Does that mean you would vote for them? You think Romney is not crazy because he wears a suit and tie?

Explain yourselves

I’m not voting for Obama because he’s just not a good president. Romney is a creepy cultist nutcase. I’m voting for the only sane politician Ive seen in a long time… Gary Johnson.

A stand up comic on TV did a joke about Mitt Romney flashing on a hotel balcony.

I typed that in and this is what I found…

Mitt Romney suddenly plagued by Rumors of Public Masturbation

He does have that I jack-off on a hotel balcony face

What a freak show

Republicans are so screwed in the head that they would elect an Anton LaVey, Aleister Crowley, or Marshall Applewhite worshiper as president of the United States.

Oh, but religion is off limits.  As long as it's called religion, you can believe whatever you want.

The Republicans could nominate a pile of horse dung, and I'd still crawl over ground glass in a hail storm to vote against Mr. Obama.

I've never heard about the four secret handshakes before. That sounds kinda interesting.

I cannot imagine with such scintillating political analysis like this, how anyone could doubt your political acumen.

According to your failed logic The Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) Nevada should resign at once. And since they are also mormons, U.S. Senator Tom Udall (D) New Mexico, and U.S. House of Representatives members, Leonard Boswell (D) Iowa,Jim Matheson (D) Utah, and Eni Faleomavaega (D) Samoa, are also unfit to hold public office.

 Brilliant thread!

DJ, always a pleasure.

You have a post in another thread regarding recall elections that is right on the money.   What's wrong with you?

Don't go there.

Christianity is just as wack.
If you weren't brought up knowing anything about Jesus and were told the story today, you'd tell the person talking about a virgin giving birth, the holy spirit, ressurection, snakes and burning bushes talking, hell and heaven etc... you'd tell that person to go to a doctor.

Humans have existed for around 150.000 but then suddenly he appears in some backward desert land in the Middle East - not in the advanced China whose people actually could read, write and think.

Oh and Judaism and Islam ...don't get me started. What cruel "god" would command people to start cutting a baby's (female or male) genitals?!

Mormonism is no worse or better than Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism (yeah, even Buddhists have commited atrocities through history) etc.

All religion is terror.

-29- They are not running for president of the United States. I wouldn’t have voted for them. They’re all bat garbage crazy.

RJSmith –They all follow a tanned man that was around 2000 years ago. It’s hard to break a superstition that’s over 2000 years old with archaeological evidence. I believe Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, and Islam all fit in the kinda crazy but tolerable category. Nothing these religions do come close to the craziness of the others.

Now... Asatru, Eckankar, Nuwabianism, Nation of Yahwveh, The Universe People, Creativity religion, UFO religion, Satanism, Voodoo, Witchcraft, Scientology, Raelism, The Ordo Templi Orientis, and Mormonism fall in the you need help and you’ve gotta be friggin kidding me category.

The trench coat flasher cultist mitt romney.

What a fun thread

this said simply that once you got the  romney supporters on their heels would not talk about about romney and instead would talk about obama and the other side...

and of course bash you and try to put you down for even bringing up your point of view...

so predictable... not one person talking about romney on a thread about romney...  I think you really scared them on this...  not sure if it is becasue you expose romney or exposed his supporters on this site (probably a little of both)...

ClubDirt - UFO religion is exactly what it’s called… a religion that is based on aliens and UFO’s.

Lordspoint – I received my first Holy Communion when I was a child. I have read the bible. I took religious studies class in college. I believe the bible is a book of moral fairytales written on psychedelic mushrooms. Mormonism is a weird cult created by a lunatic over 100 years ago in the United States. I consider myself a spiritual agnostic.

Dl36 – They’re in shock right now. I could attack Romney’s politics but I thought who cares about his politics when the man is clearly not of sane mind to be president.

that's all i need to know.  i'm sold, makes the most sense of any religion i've heard about so far (next to the increasingly popular Church of ClubDirt, of course).  what's their position on drugs and strip clubs?  nevermind, don't tell me, i'll interpret it the way i need to in any case.  where do we meet?

Drugs and strip clubs

Where do we meet?
I have no answer for you. You would have to select one of the UFO religions.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UFO_religions

You’ve been on covers for 9 years now. Ive been a covers member for only 2 and a half years. Ive seen you post this before…what is the Church of ClubDirt?

As they say in Asia - "same same but different" - "same garbage" I'd think you say in the U.S.

Killing homosexuals
Don't cut your hair or shave
Curse at your parents - then you must die
Cheat on your wife/husband - you must die
Have sex with your GF when she's on her period - DIE
Curse "god" - get stoned to death
And the list goes on and on...

Yeah, Mormonism is bat garbage crazy but I don't see anything you mention as hateful as the words in the socalled "holy bible".

Just look at how ignorant these desert people were on science compared to the advanced Chinese culture and others.

I'd rather see Romney than Palin in power. Romney has no history of using his wack religion when in office. Palin threatened other countries/religions referring to her wack version of Christianity when she ran for VP.

money, the Church of ClubDirt* is the religion i created.  basically, our most fundamental tenet is for people to shut the darn up about their religion/god until and unless they can prove their religion's story/god is more viable and legitimate than any others.

beyond that, our philosophy is we treat all people as equals and welcome them (unless they prove themselves to be bigots/racists or otherwise want to interfere with people who do them no harm).  we don't try and inflate our sense of self-importance by putting other groups down.  self importance and efficacy are inflated naturally by being a decent person, and improving yourself whether physically, mentally or intellectually.

we read books, we chase women (or guys if you're into that kind of thing), we don't have a problem with alcohol or drugs as long as you can handle it, we gamble, we like strip clubs, we like sports, etc.  basically, do whatever the darn you want, as long as you aren't harming other people.  and we don't charge any money.**
