Do the Equal Opportunity signs everywhere say that race, gender or religion cannot be used to discriminate against? How can giving someone an advantage over someone else because of his or her skin color not be in violation of this decree? Maybe soon, gone will be the days where civil service exam scores are lowered to accommodate anyone who’s not white. Is lowering test scores for some not racial profiling? Racial profiling is supposed to be illegal. The media’s zeal to depict Zimmerman as white, then maybe white, then partially white, and then stir racial tensions by playing it to death was indeed deplorable. It’s quite obvious that if the races were reversed it wouldn’t have been a story at all. Absent from the liberal media is the story of mobs run amok in Minneapolis. Citizens unable to go to the Mall after 8. Is this 9^th Circuit (of all people) decision indicative of a return to sanity. Stay armed and vigilant, my friends. Just in case its not.

Some people that have lower test scores can still perform comparable or better than people with higher test scores. However,I'm not reassured confidently when people are given preference for exhibiting less knowledge or intelligence !!

Generations of blacks were uneducated and discriminated against since the civil war. If fact, back then it was against the law to educate a black person in some southern states. Now I believe we have an even playing field, affirmative action should be overturned. It's outdated.
