They lose 6 billion in cash.  How the fuck could this happen?
Was there nobody in charge of watching this money?  I would think it would be pretty tough to just walk out with 6 billion in cash.

People in charge of this need to go to jail if they cant answer where the hell all these tax payer dollars went.
This story better not be brushed a side either.

This was a nice article too.

Just like the mess we got involved in with Kuwait, the Iraqi's hate us, we destroyed their country, started a massive religious fight and pushed them back 100 years as a country.

Yippee, glad we took out the fat, bloated dictator, the trillions of dollars and thousands of lives lost was well worth it.

Of course the guys like Haliburton and Raytheon are the real thieves here.

What I truly do not understand is why people think the government can run anything competently despite the evidence.

Yet, people call out for government run health care, or more programs.

It is insane.

Here is another example:

The IRS failed to identify 4,257 individuals claiming what the IRS defines as an excessive QMV deduction during tax return processing so it could hold and prevent the possible issuance of erroneous tax refunds.  These individuals claimed a total of more than $151.1 million in QMV deductions.  TIGTA also identified 473 cases for which information that the IRS maintains identifies the individuals as ineligible to claim about $1.02 million in QMV deductions they were allowed.  These individuals were in prison, deceased, or underage.

The real criminals get to keep running around raping the tax payer and making hundreds of billions off all of us, then the little guy gets blamed for everything.

6 billion in cash in 100 dollar bills should really not be something you can just misplace or lose. Were talking about a very large object, that nobody should just be able to walk out with.

I wonder if it got sent to bush's crawford ranch by accident, where him and chaney are counting it out right now

We had no clue going in there what the plan was or what to do. That isnt shocking though since Bush was a complete moron.

We took pallets full of money, we replaced their government with religious minority leaders who had a history of killing those which did not share his beliefs.

Thank goodness the world is rid of a regional tyrant who gave more groups general rights than currently exist now.

Goose your right 6 billion is nothing to the total amount that has been wasted on this scrap.
My point here was how does 6 billion in cash just vanish, without the people in charge of watching and guarding it not seeing where it went.  Its not like you can just hide it under your coat and walk out of somewhere.  This money must have been chopped up by the people actually in charge of it, how else could it vanish.

6 billion is nothing, when the government is counterfeiting more then that in a day in order to 'meet their obligations' (silly promises to the crooked baby boomers and the rest of the welfare crowd, all at the expense of those of us that do the productive work that keep the world moving) speaking of which, i'm late for my 15 hour day,,,,,

I assume this applies to DL36 also, who frequently bumps about 5 - 10 threads a night ...
usually between 2-5 am ( EST )
and only adds 1 sentence posts ( this usually occurs when Slim or I have some threads up top )

I can produce these bumps if you like
