Hey, I did not see Minny scored 2 runs when I posted this above as I was typing. The game isn't on TV due to the Espys in my area I get the damn computer. Glad to see it's 3-2 after Texas scores on a passed ball!  Kinsler stikes out and ends the threat. 

The Rangers should try to trade for a .310+ bat with some power before the deadline. I'm sure they wish they could get Minny's Mauer...he's a stud! Catcher's were half descent hitters in my day. Thought it was their size and were used to seeing the ball. I think of J. Bench in the 70's of course and the 80's/90's featured Sandy Alomar Jr.  Ivan Rodriguez started out well but has tailed off significantly over the yrs. Was glad he left bases loaded though last night in the 9th!

Imagine for a moment Mauer batting in front of Pujols?  What a combo!!

W8LIFTER takes some shit from some of you but has been hitting at a high clip on his "inside info" games for many seasons. I am grateful as I have almost always listened, but after the top 3rd inning I saw something that changed my mind. I could be wrong but Holland looked like shit top 3rd.

KUDOS!  I shouldn't have jumped ship but who the fuck could figure this one out?? This was the toughest game to cap even while they were playing. 

Texas at home seemed the play to me this afternoon but the line was curious...likely due to the pitching matchup and the Twins bats of late. No one could guess the meat of the Twins would stink it up tonight and still TX barely escapes with a win. The UNDER was the smart play. Got to wonder if this victory wakes up TX.
