yeah...it&#x27;s hard not to take the home dog....i realize that both teams are going in opposite directions, and the canes have really punished me lately for betting against them....so i will go oilers big as the home dog here

Funny, Shickson! Hockey is not my forte, for sure, but I don't understand why Carolina is not an overwhelming favorite. I mean,
the Hurricanes have won 5 of last 6 while outscoring opposition,
18 to 5. And they beat the Blackhawks last Saturday.

Meanwhile, Oilers have lost 20 of 21 and 18 of last 22 at home.

Help me out. I don't get it.
