Phoenix will be missing 3 of their veteran blueliners. I believe that blueliner corps is a big part of the Yotes defensive strength. That is to say that: Unlike the Pens, the Coyotes don't have the goal-scoring presence to make-up for any lulls they may have in their defense.

The Bolts lost a home-ice heartbreaker to the visiting Kings on Saturday. They have finally begun to show some life as a visitor; and Niittymaki has all but claimed that No. 1 netminder job. Remember, Niittymaki was the MVP at the 2006 Olympics. Thus his play is not as surprising to some, as it may be to others.

What has become of this river and the canoes upon it???

Jovanovski and Michalek are big losses for the Coyotes as mentioned above.Tampa have played well on road going down it tight matches but they do leak goals which should aid a high scorer..Going to double up
