Ill take the U on the game . Cant lay money on a portland team who never wins he road. Cant lay money on a bulls team who never covers at home. Bulls U at home seems to be cashing.

If you currently qualify to Chicago Bulls playoof, would be eliminated in three games, only detract fifteen games to finish the season with a record of (36-30) has a good chance of reaching the final. Chicago is ranked sixth in the conference, a game and a half over Milwuakee (ranked 8) Still, Chicago reached playoof but with a very poor level of play.
Portland (31-36) has a good chance of qualifying for the conference has a lot of competition and eliminate complicated see Los Angeles Lakers at the end of the season. On the other hand they played very well and comes margins favor it in the last 12 games over Chicago. I expect a low-scoring game, both averaged over the last 12 games 198 points per game, but the line opened well below that average. Chicago wins for 4 points and no more of 190 points.

PREDICTION: PORTLAND 88-92 CHICAGO

A good spot for chicago 1st H.   Portland is 1-5 L6 1st H losing by more than 5pts each time to the likes of N'Orleans...Detroit...Philly...and Milwaukee.

Since Jan 1 Chicago has gone on the road 7 times with a minimum 2 games away. Each time they have come home the lead game has been against a team on a roll or one of the leagues best....Memphis...San Antonio...Miami...Denver...Clev on a 4-1 streak. The OT loss to Den in their last game was by one point.  Portland on the road coming off B2B road  losses to Mil and Phi should be good medicine for the Bulls
