Lakers playing their best ball as a team the last 3 games. Howards getting involed and Kobe playing the role of Magic with all the assists. I'm going to keep riding them till they lose.

The Lakers allowed a 16 to 2 run last night by the Hornets in the fourth quarter to allow the them to cover and almost take the lead. I'm still not sold on them. They are not making the playoffs. Aside from Earl Clark, they're still a bunch of bums and over the hill prima donna has beens. How are they going to screw up the heavy public favorite here?

I will just thank myself and take the Suns at +4.5 -140. Fresh home legs versus old team on back to back.

If you think the Lakers have turned the corner, I wouldn't be too concerned that they didn't cover last night. Any spread over 4 is tough when you play to win since covering is not their main goal. But if you feel LA will win the game tonight, I would be comfortable laying 3 since very few games are decided between 1-3 points. Hitting late free throws will most of the time land the game at 4 or higher.
