#4 Posted: 1/16/2013 3:24:17 AM Don't over-think this. Pacers have beaten quality teams, while Orlando just seems to always come up short despite their recent victory in LA.
Got em' late, but Pacers -1.5 5 Units

#6 Posted: 1/16/2013 6:02:26 AM Gotta love the covers cronies for generating these threads with faceless avatars and meaningless insight that guide us towards these mule like modes of capping involving stats and trends that are created for no other reason than to confuse us...I suppose it adds character.Dont get me started on the word g.a.y..Ridiculous to the bone..

That said...Pacers are about to play their 6th game in 9 days with this being their third on the road..Opposed to the Magic who are about to play their 3rd game in 9 days..Magics last 4 games had been on the road in which they were competitive all the way until their last game against the Wizards who are on the up with Wall back and Nene playing good ball. Outside of that the Magics` record does not reflect their performances. They beat the Clips by 3..Lost to the Nuggets by 3...Lost to the Blazers by 6 in OT that is..And they were all.on the road..Lost to the knicks by 8, the Bulls and Heat by 2 at home..This all without Baby Davis who is now back..On home turf coming up against a Pacers team that cares little for the win against a team that are golf bound.I see this as the best wager on the board...Stats mean little in this matchup..Its a situational play and the schedule suits me nicely... Ever since covers went commercial with all these ads it's never been the same.. Threads full of garbage insights and senseless predictions.

I hear ya, i have been following the Magic in depth all year and i can't wait until they get Al Harrington to start playing. I also think they are going to come out on fire after loosing to the Wizards like that
They do give up 110 pts a night though, but the pacers are a low scoring team. they go two and three minutes at a time without scoring, if they do that tonight, orlando should go up big. Hey amigo great to see mon phinn capping the nba.
Hope all is well down under. I'll jump on the magic train and look for a mild upset win over the Pacers. Revenge for last years playoff series loss in the first round.
Orlando - 88 Indiana - 82
Magic +1.5 under 187
Puck drops soon Phinn.
GL on the NHL plays. |

Great write-up and insights. I was going to stay away from this game, but i might put a small bet on the Magics now. BOL

#20 Posted: 1/16/2013 8:03:31 PM I'm sticking my neck out, down 16 at half and 17.5 to cover, and a 7-2 ATS RECORD on posted plays YTD, I am STILL sticking with the Pacers to win this game in a grimy 2nd half.
Assuming the refs let them play and don't get ticky tacky, which I don't think they will with the home team up by this much.
Pacers -1.5 STANDS down 16 at half

#22 Posted: 1/16/2013 9:46:36 PM For clarification, I posted the comeback down by 16 at half. Magic shot like the globetrotters from 3 against the Pacers, which was crazy to watch, but by 7-2 YTD Record on POSTED plays still stands :)

VERY well articulated my friend… I don’t see how an individual(s) can sleep at night knowing they are intentionally misleading the public… Very sad… |
