#2 Posted: 11/21/2012 12:16:42 PM So Carson Palmer will make his long expected homecoming to Cincinatti, where he made his living for quite some time. It will be interesting to see how he is received by the Bengal faithful, but I imagine they are happier with the Red Rifle. Palmer will definitely have something to prove this Sunday, but I am just not sure if that matters.
Honestly, the status of McFadden is what we should focus on here, and its definitely worth tracking before taking a side here. The Raiders have looked absolutely dreadful without him.
The one important trend here that I love is that Raiders haven't won a 1:00 East Coast game in 3 years. I don't see that changing with the Red Hot Bengals play them (although beating the Chiefs really isn't anything to brag about these days).
I would take small action on Cincy if McFadden isn't playing. |

#6 Posted: 11/21/2012 8:33:07 PM Normally, I might say that's too much chalk, but I can see The Red Rifle throwing all over this Raiders secondary just like Brees last week and Flacco the week before. Even if D-Mac plays, he's definitely not 100% and will be used in a limited number of reps.
Bungles -9.5 - - for the small, or maybe used as a tease..... |

#7 Posted: 11/22/2012 1:26:28 AM OAK +9.5 (.5u) - Even if Darren McFadden can't answer the bell, that's not a overwhelming bad, as Marcel Reece just rushed for 103
yards AND caught four passes for 90 yards. Yeah it was
against the porous Saints secondary, it will still be a matchup nightmare for Cincy's linebackers. I'm not sure how Palmer's return will pan out, it would seem he has something to prove to his old team, but i'm not counting on that. SCORE: RAIDERS 21 - Bengals 28. |

#11 Posted: 11/24/2012 2:36:21 PM Raiders may be worst team in the NFL and this trip to Cincy smells like another disaster. It's funny to see the majority consensus picking Raiders in this matchup. That's downright scary in itself. Not to mention the way Carson left the Bengals on bad terms, I can't see him making this a game. But I can see him making some turnovers.....

#15 Posted: 11/24/2012 11:27:01 PM When it comes to the NFL, getting 8 to 10 pts is a good amount of pts and I cant remember the stat but teams getting 8+pts cover a fairly high %....and considering the teams involved here....

#16 Posted: 11/25/2012 5:59:37 AM I love Cincy here except the fact that Marvin Lewis is still the coach. There's no reason Dalton shouldn't throw for over 300 and 4 TD's, but Marvin insists on trying to run. Dalton probably won't get more than 24 pass attempts on a garbage secondary when there's no justifiable reason to run. I'm going to pass on this game, GL.
Is it just me, or does anyone else see this out of the Bengals? |

#17 Posted: 11/25/2012 8:11:24 AM Cincinnati a Five Star Power Play!
Cincinnati only allowing 17 ppg. last three! But Oakland
now allowing 45 ppg. in its last three games!
And after three hour battle, Oakland unable to cover -3.5
points vs. Pittsburgh last week.
Can't see Oakland (1-4 on road) even coming close in this
one! Will look for blowout here!
Cincinnati minus 15 points over Oakland!

#18 Posted: 11/25/2012 8:24:34 AM Haha....a five star power play. U sound like a Dave N Busters commercial. Not sure why, but I feeling like OAK hangs in the 3-7 pt range this game and comes close to winning outright. I could beat eating my words later on this one....but hey, any given Sunday. |

#22 Posted: 11/25/2012 11:46:05 AM Bengals cruised against NYG and the Chiefs. They are fat, dumb and happy - perfectly ripe for a let down. Besides, you knw Palmer wants some payback after being traded.
In addition, the Raiders are always awful, but seem to have an unpected game once a year. Seems about time.

Oak &Pit didnt play last week....
Anyone notice the line movement? Down to 7 to 7.5...takes a lot of $$$ to move a line that much. Feeling better that I took Oak +8.5...
