#2 Posted: 7/3/2010 3:15:13 PM Stands at a PK em at the time of my post. I just have to feel that GB should be able to outscore a younger QB in Philly so I'm leaning with GB at PK for now. If Kolb has a bad game the fans could rebel quickly.
My guesstimate as of now is GB-27 PHI-20 |

#4 Posted: 9/4/2010 3:18:56 PM Green Bay - 37 Philadelphia - 26
Packers -2.5 over 47
Replacing Westbrook & McNabb will take some time. Packers will exploit Philly weaknesses. Packers - over |

#12 Posted: 9/7/2010 5:07:46 AM GB -3 (1unit) - i usually don't like to side with a big public favorite, but i don't see how the rebuilding Eagles can keep up with the play-off bound Pack. Packers 38-Eagle 21

#14 Posted: 9/7/2010 6:35:12 PM THINK WHAT YOU WANT, BUT THIS GREEN BAY IS ONE OF THOSE FEEL LINES THAT YOU CAN STEAL EARLY IN THE SEASON. GREEN BAY IS NO JOKE, AND HAS A SHOT AT THE SB IF THE D STANDS THEIR GROUND. GB BIG! |

#15 Posted: 9/7/2010 7:15:22 PM I love how everyone loves the Packers here and I hope this line hits 4 or 5 by game time. I do believe that GB has a good shot at winning this game and think that a moneyline play may work out to a Packer Backers advantage......however I'll be taking the points and this is why:
GB won 11 games last season, of those 11 only 4 were against teams with .500 or better records, SF, Ariz, Balt. and Dal. thus their fantastic defensive stats are skewed from playing some very sub ar teams. And I would say their offensive success is also skewed.....but I do believe they are a good team.
The Eagles also won 11 games and lost to these teams; Dallas twice, SD, Oak, and The Superbowl champs.
Stength of schedule might suggest that the Eagles are the better team and at the very least equal to the Pack Attack.
I'll take the points all the way all day and maybe play the moneyline as well.
Eagles 31, Packers 28
Also note that Bigby and Harris are out amoungst other injuries.
Eagles +3

#16 Posted: 9/7/2010 9:16:34 PM REGARDLESS IF THEIR D SHOWS UP OR NOT. GB CAN OUTSCORE ANY TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE. PLAY FROM AHEAD AND IT WILL GIVE THIS DEFENSE THE CHANCES TO GET THEIR TURNOVERS! RODGERS TO THE BANK. |

They'll be calling for Vic to take over.

#18 Posted: 9/7/2010 11:50:01 PM In spite of a very talented Packer team, will go insane, take Mike Vick, and the points at home. Injury prone Westbrook and over-the-hill McNabb eventually became too much excess baggage to go any further. Refuse to belive GB is ready for prime time, when they choked in the clutch, against 'Zona LY! |

#19 Posted: 9/8/2010 12:35:37 AM Philly, + the points.Eagles always have good pass defense. GB is a passing team, favored on road against good pass D. They aren't traveling to play DET, CHI, CLE, STL or other junk they beat last year. This is the Eagles. The Eagles can play football. |

#20 Posted: 9/8/2010 2:27:47 AM In my view the only thing Philly has on GB is a better D. I would take roger over kolb easily. I would take driver finley and jennings over jackson maclin and celek i would for sure take ryan grant running the ball over mccoy. The team just looks better on paper and please stop talking about schedules its not like green bay made their schedule they took what was given to them and put up great numbers. I don't believe you can trade away a stud starting qb for almosy nothing draft picks and all of a sudden have everything start to click for them
gb - 3 love their offense |

#21 Posted: 9/8/2010 8:19:28 AM The fat man as a home dog doesn't lose ATS very often boys and girls. Both D's are very good. Philly's strength is pass D and pressuring the QB. Green Bay has a ridiculous verticle game.......but Philly isn't a slouch at the deep ball either. D Jack had like 6 or more TD's of over 50 yards last year people!!! He was close to the NFL record!!! The boys in the desert know all about Philly and Andy Reid over the last decade when it comes to ATS. If you are one that thinks this game is a gimmie, take a closer look. It might be best to just stay away from this one and watch it at 4 o'clock with the rest of the country without any stress. Or put a small play on Philly.
