Minnesota will keep this within the number.  Michigan State just isn't good enough this year.  While I think they will eek one out here to become bowl eligible, Dan Conroy will make a late fg to put Sparty ahead
Gophers(+7.5)

Michigan State played close games against Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Northwestern.  All of those teams easily beat Minnesota.  And yes, I know Michigan State isn't the most explosive team, but they are a touchdown better than Minnesota.  I'd either take the Spartans or pass.

Though an MSU fan, I'm not sure they can win this by more than 7. most of their wins this year have been by small margins. I'd take Spartans at -6.5 or even -7 but not more.
(go for the under if its around 40)

dont forget the spartans ability to close away from home. Theyve struggled in EL but have only lost a reeal close one to Michigan away. Theyll be hungry for bowl eligibility. Ill take MSU -7

Spartans wont let Minn score TD. Or maybe 1 in garbage time. By then they'll have a comfortable DD lead. Dropping way down in class are Spartans after 4 game stretch ala Neb LW and we saw what happen there! MSU fighting for bowl bid to boot and that  just seals it. Gopher lucky to see the end zone.

MSU wins 24-7
