Key losses include starting QB Jacory Harris (2486 yards), top running back Lamar Miller (1272 yards in '11), two top receivers: Streeter (811 yards) and Benjamin (609 yards). Miami loses key members of their defense from 2011. Boston College gets 10 players back on offense, and 7 back on defense. They return their top two rushers (Finch and Williams), their #1 QB Rettig (1960 yards on 2011), and their top three receivers (Larmond, Swigert, and Pantale). This Eagle team is on the rise while the hurricanes are in rebuilding mode. Boston College plays at home, and I see the Eagles beating Miami by 7 points.

Rettig has never struck me as a gamer. I think Miami's speed gets it done. Look for Miami to take some shots early, and if they can get a lead and Rettig has to pass them back into it, goodnight. Canes by double digits.
