I think Old Miss is going into a pit this Thursday. SC is due to win a big conference game and Thursday nights and home dogs is a likely place to get one. SC will be ready, their defense is solid, and Spurrier has Garcia playing much better at QB. Old MIss looked a little ragged against Memphis to me and piled on a lot of 4th Qtr points. SC may win straight up. Hoping this line moves up before betting as I thnk the public will bet the higher rated team.

I'm an Ole Miss fan all the way, but I have this game circled in my calendar as well as the Alabama game. If we win these, good chance at seeing Florida at the end of the year. SC has a shot at winning, home turf, thurs espn game, this game will test the Rebs. Waiting to see what the line does, seems a little odd to me?

Kent Austin is a genius and the ole miss offense so far this season has consisted of about 12-15 different plays. They have kept it very simple in their first cupcakes. This is obviously good bc now SC has zero tape to study and won't know what to expect. Last week they ran the wild rebel only 3 times, & all 3 a simple keep or dive. I expect KA to open it up a ton on thursday night and give people a look at what this offense is really gonna look like.
Its gonna be tough for SC's defense to stay fresh for a full 60 min. They have to deal with playmaking wrs like dex, hodge, summers, patterson, breaux and also be able to stop a stable of rbs in bolden, davis, eason. I expect ole miss to establish the run early and open up the big play passing game. and thats not even mentioning the wild rebel formation, hope they can stop that with what little they have seen of it.
Rebels also have one of the best DL's in the conf with or without Hardy, who will give it a go. Powe has shown his 60 lbs weight loss is gonna do him wonders this season. The DL will come to play, dont worry about that. The starters in the secondary are solid, depth is the question mark there but I dont know how deep we will really need to go in this game.
I thought this line would be a bit higher though, trap worried me a little bit at first but I don't really think it matters. I watched both USC's big games and saw they struggled at first with FAU. Ole Miss will be ready for this spot, theyre ready to prove all the people wrong who said they were overrated and will end up like Clemson last year, they will be ready. I have a feeling this Ol' Miss team is more pretender than contender and week 4 is the week these things start getting sorted out. Anywho this will be a no play for me as I feel SC should be getting more than just an FG. Value says take Miss, TNHD and +3 say trap. Good Luck.
