Northwestern just lost at the last seconds to Illinois.....I like NW to come out hard against the Blue and never look back - slight revenge angle as well

At my book, 54% of the action is on Michigan to win straight up ... This bewilders me ... Just got done watching The Godfather ... Heck of a flick ... Anyways, I like the series revenge factor here as well ... Both teams are poor on the road ... In this matchup at Welsh Ryan Arena today, I see a Michigan team that throws up a ton of 3-pointers and outrebounds Northwestern ... In the same token, I see a Wildcat team that will take smart shots and attack the rim whenever possible to get the Wolverine bigs in foul trouble early and often ... They will also need to knock down their foul shots towards the final buzzer to put Harris and boys in maize and blue away ... Both teams just lost to their arch rivals so they both want this W badly ... I'll go with the better team at home with revenge and 2 days rest redemption from Illinois's comeback on their mind ...

Might want to take a look at the last game.  I know Mich was at home but their was a huge difference in rebounding.  Mich kept NW off the off glass and they had many second chance points on their end.  Mich is terrible on the road but they did play well against uconn.  I am sure they will control the boards again. They also shooting better from the free throw line. We dont know who will shoot better from three but the free throw line and boards will be controlled by Mich.

Damnit, damnit, damnit ... Went against my own wisdom from yesterday and most of the year ... Manny Harris took over the 2nd half and the Wildcats were lucky to force overtime ... I really don't encourage playing the Big Ten, but I definitely felt strongly about Michigan NOT sweeping the series this year, especially after what Illinois did to Northwestern on Thursday ... Flat out, I was wrong and now I'm undoubtedly not playing the Big Ten for the rest of Conference play ...
 
Ended up 5-5-1 on the week, going 0-4 in my first 4, but finishing 5-1-1 in my last 7 ... ASU kept me afloat going into another new week ...
